(TU U 24.1-21606994-008-2004, recipe RC 21606994-008 / 1H-2013)
Activated titanium dioxide RC-1H is a product obtained by mechanical chemical activation of imported and domestic rutile pigments of the chloride production method intended for use as an effective white pigment and light stabilizer for water-emulsion paint based on various acrylic and styrene-acrylic dispersions, organic-diluted paints based on condensation binders, dry building mixtures, colored concrete, paper, synthetic fibers, pigmented super concentrates, powders, PVC, products of complex PVC ( window and door profiles, siding, pipes, panels, gaskets, etc.).
On the basis of the main optical, physicochemical and operational parameters, the proposed universal pigment of a wide range of applications corresponds to the most common brands of titanium dioxide of domestic brands.
The composite pigment has a reduced photochemical activity, improved dispensability in binders, increased optical efficiency, and significantly slows down the aging of pigmented white and color composites.
Pigment is supplied in paper bags of 25 kg.
