Self-expanding blast-furnace cement RSHPC TU U V.2.7-26.5-24478901-003: 2007 Cement is intended for work related to the sealing of various holes or breaks in massive concrete structures, installation of anchor bolts, sealing of cable passages in pipes through walls and floors of premises, and also for the coarsening of large-panel buildings. Physical and mechanical properties: - Compressive strength, not less than: after 3 days not less than 20.0 MPa; after 7 days not less than 30.0 MPa. - Setting time: beginning no earlier than 30 minutes, end no later than 4 hours from the commencement of mixing; - Linear expansion after three days is in the range of 1.0% ÷ 4.5% Physico-mechanical parameters are determined in the test of normal density. Mode of application: - The cement must be mixed with water (≈28-30%) until a homogeneous mass is obtained; - The solution is placed in a limited volume of the object to a depth of at least 2 cm; - The operating time with the finished solution should not exceed 30-40 min; - Adding sand to the pond reduces expansion; at a cement / sand ratio: 1: 1 ≈ 50%, 1: 2 ≈ 60-75%, 1: 3 ≈ 80-85% of the initial linear expansion.
