Cements waterproof fast-hardening high sulfate resistance high-strength (GIR-2) TU U V.2.7-26.5-24478901-001: 2007 Application area: Cements are used for special works such as: The manufacture of watertight, road and airfield pavements, sea berths and other structures that have contact with sea water of constant or variable level; manufacture of high-strength concrete, as well as for general construction purposes; the production of heat-resistant concrete under the foundations of blast furnaces, the walls of regenerators, cocoons and other equipment that undergoes constant or variable heating from 5000C to 10000C. (Cement is made to order, special composition.) Technical data:
- linear expansion from 0.05 ÷ 0.1%;
- water resistance - 0.5 MPa after 48 hours;
- sulfate resistance ≥1;
- fire resistance up to 12000С (М-600)
Cement has a guaranteed brand: 700; 600; 550; 500, which makes it possible to use it for the preparation of high-strength mortars and concretes (the composition of concretes and solutions is given in Table 1)
It is not recommended to use cement without the addition of fillers (sand, gravel, expanded clay, etc.), since shrinkage of mortar and concrete is possible.
For the preparation of working solutions, mix dry cement with filler in the working container. Take the formulations according to Table 1. Then pour the recommended amount of water and mix until a homogeneous mass of necessary mobility is obtained without lumps. If the solution has insufficient workability, water should be added until the consistency is achieved.
You should notice that the size of the rubble should not exceed twice the size of the concrete layer. It is recommended to use hard rocks (granite, basalt, etc.) as rubble.
Note. Work should be performed at temperatures from + 50 ° C to + 400 ° C. During concreting large massifs, it is recommended to cover them at the end of the work with a damp cloth or a polyethylene film.
A waterproof solution is prepared from 1 part (10 kg) of cement and 1 part (10 kg) of sand, water 2,6 ÷ 2,7 l, the thickness of the mortar layer is 30-40 mm.
Packaging: Cement is packaged in bags of 50 ± 1 kg.
